At Reckless Ink & Attitude LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade products. Because many of our products are handcrafted, personalized, or personal-care items, our refund and return policy differs from that of mass-produced retail products.
Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Bath products

Oatmeal bath bags

Candles

Wax melts

Custom or personalized items

Any product that has been opened, used, or altered
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the product

Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:

The wrong item was shipped.

The product arrived damaged during shipping.

The item is defective due to a manufacturing error.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Normal variations in handmade products.

Minor color, scent, or design differences.

Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

Improper product use or storage.

Customer dissatisfaction with a fragrance selection.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Replacements
When appropriate, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
Custom and Personalized Products
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the error was made by Reckless Ink & Attitude LLC.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
Once production has started or a custom order has been created, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or household members.
Reckless Ink & Attitude LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Handmade Product Notice
Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, scent, texture, and appearance are normal and make each item unique. These variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for refunds or returns.
