  • Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable unless the error was made by Reckless Ink & Attitude LLC.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care products:

  • Opened soaps, bath products, candles, or wax melts

Eligible Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
